Modo de empleo:

Como suplemento dietético para adultos sanos, mezclar una dosis de 5 gramos (1 dosificador raso) con 250 ml de agua fría y tomar 2 veces al día.

Tomar una dosis por la mañana temprano, y otra dosis antes del entrenamiento. 

No superar la toma de 4 dosis en un periodo de 24 horas.
