Modo de empleo: 

Como suplemento dietético para adultos sanos, mezclar una dosis de 20 gramos (1 dosificador raso) con 250 ml de agua fría y tomar unos 30 minutos antes de un entrenamiento preferentemente con el estómago vacío.
