Directions:

LEVELS is best consumed 30 minutes prior to the most physically demanding activity found in your lifestyle. Take one serving (1 scoop) 30 minutes prior to workout or desired physical activity with 8-12oz of water. Once tolerance has been assessed two servings (2 scoops) may be taken 30 minutes prior to workout.Do not exceed two servings in 24 hours. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
