Modo de empleo:

Como suplemento dietético para adultos sanos, mezclar una dosis de 4,5 gramos (1/2 cucharada) con 250-500 ml de agua y tomar unos 30 minutos antes del entrenamiento. 

Para unos entrenamientos extremos, mezclar una dosis de 9 gramos (1 cucharada) con 250-500 ml de agua y tomar unos 30 minutos antes del entrenamiento.
